Chris Schwertman
Estimation Manager |
Chris is the Estimation
Manager for Daech and Bauer. Chris has been with the company since October
2003. He was active in the United States Army from 1992-1995. Chris’s active
army career was followed by 5 years of Army Reserves, most of which was served
in Wood River, Illinois. Along with his military obligations, Chris worked in
the industrial pipe, valve, and fitting industry. He then moved into the
construction industry designing solariums in the year 2000. After serious
consideration and research on 3 different local companies, Chris felt that
Daech and Bauer Roofing and Remodeling Inc. had the most opportunity for steady growth
and long term career potential. In his spare time, Chris enjoys mountain biking
and spending time with his family.

Stacy Garcia-Davis
Marketing Coordinator |
Stacy Garcia-Davis is the Marketing
Coordinator for Daech and Bauer. She is a 1998 graduate of Edwardsville High
School, and a 2006 graduate of SIU Edwardsville, where she received a Bachelor
of Science degree in Speech Communication/Public Relations. Stacy has been with
Daech and Bauer since January of 2007. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys
Mustangs, spending time with her family, friends, and going on Caribbean
vacations.

Kurt Vonder Haar
Estimator |
Kurt Vonder Haar is an
estimator for Daech and Bauer. Kurt is a 1995 graduate of Greenville High
School and a 2000 graduate of SIU Edwardsville, where he received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Marketing. Kurt has been in the home improvement/remodeling
industry for over five years. In his spare time, he enjoys volleyball,
rollerblading, and live music.
