Sally Kosten
Administrative Coordinator |
Sally Kosten is the
Administrative Coordinator for Daech and Bauer. She joined the team in May, 2005.
She is a working mother of two and understands how a roofing or remodeling project
can impact family life. Her past jobs include dental assistant, lifeguard, and front
desk hostess. She also worked for the Walt Disney World Resort for nine years.
Sally states:
“You never know where life is going to take you. I enjoy helping Daech & Bauer customers
make their 'castle a magical place where memories are made'."

Laurie Bauer
Operations Coordinator |
Laurie Bauer is the Operations
Coordinator for Daech and Bauer. She is a 1991 graduate of Houston High School
in Houston, Missouri. Laurie has been with the company since October of 2005.
She has a husband, Michael, and three children; Kara (15), Michael (7), and
Devlin (5). In her spare time, Laurie likes to read, cook, and spend time with
her family.

Mary Tojo
Receptionist
|
Mary Tojo is a
receptionist for Daech and Bauer. She was born and raised in E. St. Louis, IL
and then moved to Fairview Heights, IL. She has lived in Collinsville for the
past 22 years and is a graduate of Althoff High School. Mary completed 1 year
of college at SWIC and 1 year at SIU-Edwardsville. After 10 years with the
USDA, Mary became a stay at home mom to raise her two daughters and take care
of her aging mother. Various jobs later, Mary joined the Daech and Bauer team
in October of 2001. Her hobbies are reading, baseball and bicycling.

Carol Watkins
Accounting Coordinator

Carol Watkins is the Accounting
Coordinator for Daech and Bauer. She is a graduate of Madison High School.
Carol is married with four grown children. In her spare time, she enjoys
gardening, camping, and spending time with her family.
