John Schemerhorn is
the Senior Project Manager for Daech and Bauer. John is a 2002 graduate of
Collinsville High School. He has been in the home improvement/remodeling
industry for six years, and with Daech and Bauer for four years. In his spare
time, John enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. |

Ryan Steiner
Project Manager |
Ryan Steiner is a Project Manager for Daech and Bauer. He is a 1998 graduate of
Sparta High School and a 2004 graduate of SIU Carbondale, where he received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maitenance Technologies. Ryan also
served in the Illinois Army National Guard from 1998-2004. He has been in the
home improvement/remodeling industry for three years. Ryan has a wife and son.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.

Barron Jordan
Project Manager |
Barron Jordan is a Project Manager for Daech and Bauer. He has been with the
company for 6 years. Barron takes pride in making sure the job gets done right
the first time and the customer is 100% satisfied with our product. Barron
currently lives in Troy with his wife and children.

Kevin Klette
Repair Project Manager |
Kevin Klette is the Repair Project
Manager for Daech and Bauer. Kevin graduated from Edwardsville High School in
2001 and from SIU Edwardsville in 2006, where he received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology. He is also certified in Secondary Education. Kevin has been
in the construction industry for eight years, and with Daech and Bauer for four
years. He is the head coach for the Varsity and JV ice hockey teams at
Edwardsville High School. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys hockey, camping,
fishing, and hunting.
